Geographical Representation of Samples in the TB Strain Typing Database
This Instant Atlas presentation shows the number of samples deposited within the database by postcode area. The initial dataset (Aggregate Data >> Db Total >> Total time) shows the total number of samples within the database. Clicking on the "data" button allows datasets from individual years (Yearly Data >> Db Total >> 2007 ) to be displayed along with a time series chart in the bottom right hand corner.
