- VNTR/ETR/MIRU Analysis Graphic displays of specific profiles chronologically, by record and by postcode region.
- Drug Resistance Graphic display of the distribution of specific drug resistance patterns.
- Geographical Clusters Show geographical distribution of all TB strain profiles.
